for various industrial applications. Thermoforming/Vacuum
Forming is the process by which Plastics in
sheet form is fed into the machine and shaped
to the desired component.
Thermoforming is used to make items varying
form very thin walled disposable trays and
containers to thick walled bath tubs and machine
parts etc. Material used for Thermoforming/Vacuum
forming are Polystyrene, ABS, PET, PP, EPS,
Acrylic and Poly Carbonate sheets.
The Company has Semi automatic and Automatic
machines to make all types and quantities
of products commonly used by industries
and specializes in developing and supplying
customer specific products. Many manufacturing
industries use thermoformed plastic components
in some form or other, and hence are potential

and plants for small and medium chemical

outsourced from manufacturers of repute.
Water treatment Plants, RO plants, Autoclaves,
reaction kettles and Polymerisation tanks
and for other unit operations is made to
